TIM SHACKELS

The Daniels are sad to hear of the passing of Tim Shackels.

Tim was chairman and a committee member of Stamford youth football club which preceded Stamford AFC's current youth policy.

Director Guy Walton said: "It is with deepest regret, we have heard of Tim's sad passing. 

"Tim was an enthusiastic and inspirational character. His personal drive for delivery of a fun-based competitive football environment for young footballers was infectious."

Although not being involved in youth football recently, Tim always asked after the welfare of Stamford's young footballers.

Everybody at the club wishes to send deepest condolences to his family.
